Engagement begins upon the digital execution of a project brief or receipt of the mobilization fee. All timelines provided are estimates based on standard studio throughput.

Final usage rights transfer upon full settlement. All 'Studio Intel'—source code, project files, and drafts—remains WhyVishal Agency property unless a 'Master Asset Transfer' is negotiated.

Projects require a 50% mobilization fee. Late payments exceeding 15 days incur a 5% system latency fee. Third-party costs (fonts, hosting, plugins) are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Phases include two (2) revision cycles. If feedback is not received within 7 days, the project is considered 'System Approved.' Subsequent changes incur 'Legacy Support' hourly rates.

If a project is halted by the Client, WhyVishal Agency will invoice a 'Kill Fee' proportional to the work completed. Mobilization fees are non-refundable.

WhyVishal Agency reserves the right to showcase all created assets for marketing and studio portfolio purposes, identifying the Client as the project partner.
