Refund
Policy.

All project initiations require a 50% mobilization fee. This deposit secures studio resources and engineering time. Once the project brief is executed and the intake terminal is activated, this fee is strictly non-refundable.

Clients may request a project termination at any phase. Upon receipt of a written 'Kill Order,' WhyVishal Agency will cease all production. The Client will be invoiced for the total percentage of work completed up to that timestamp.

As a 360° creative agency, our services involve intellectual labor and custom engineering. We do not offer refunds based on subjective preference. We provide comprehensive revision cycles to ensure final assets align with the project brief.

In the rare event of a total technical failure on our end that prevents project delivery, WhyVishal Agency will conduct a forensic audit. If the fault lies within our studio architecture, a partial or full credit may be issued toward future services.

Fees paid for third-party assets (premium fonts, stock footage, hosting, software licenses) are governed by the respective providers. These costs are strictly excluded from WhyVishal Agency’s refund jurisdiction.

Once final payment is processed and project assets are transferred to the Client's infrastructure, the engagement is considered fulfilled. No refund requests will be entertained post-asset delivery.
